Fisting - Inerting the fist into the vagina or anus

Fisting - Insertion of your entire hand, arm into the vagina or anus (vaginal or anal fisting).  Fisting can be enjoyed by males or females.  The hand is initially inserted, keeping the five fingers together, once inside the hand is them formed into a fist with the thumb tucked between the first and index finger.

The technique is the same for double fisting although the hands are pressed together, as if in prayer forming a wedge shape and only when the hands are inside are the fist formed.

The pleasure from fisting is gained from the stretching of the rectal or vaginal walls and the sensations produced by the fistee.
